The Oly Soccer Foundation and FC Olympia “Artesians” are thrilled to announce “Comedy for Soccer” a Valentine’s-weekend gala fundraiser celebrating community, connection, and the love of the game. The event will take place Friday, February 13, 2026, at the historic Olympia Ballroom in downtown Olympia, Washington.
The evening will feature headliner Sam Miller, Olympia’s own nationally recognized comedian known for his hilarious storytelling and heartwarming local pride. Guests can look forward to a full night of stand-up comedy, a catered dinner, access to tasty drinks, and plenty of festive surprises in a lively, Valentine’s-themed atmosphere. In addition to great entertainment, “Comedy for Soccer“ will include a silent auction, raffles, and exclusive prizes, all designed to raise funds for local soccer programs supported by the Oly Soccer Foundation and FC Olympia Artesians. Every dollar raised will go directly toward expanding youth outreach opportunities, community programs and the growth of soccer accessibility across Thurston County and beyond.

The standup comedy night will also feature special guest Lynette Manning who is set to open before headlining comedian Sam Miller.
