Taylor Shellfish has been farming high quality, sustainable shellfish
in the Pacific Northwest since the 1890’s. When we say “tide to table,” we mean it. At Taylor Shellfish Farms, we’re a fully vertically integrated operation. That means we do it all: from spawning shellfish in our own hatcheries and raising them in our nurseries, to farming them on our tidelands, processing them in-house, and shipping them nationwide. We even build our own boats and operate our own oyster bars. Every step of the process is handled by our team, ensuring the highest quality and sustainability standards at every stage.
