Lacey, WA — The Southwest Washington Soccer Association (SWSA) will host the 20th Anniversary of SocctoberFest on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Regional Athletic Complex (RAC) in Lacey, Washington. FC Olympia announced Tuesday that it would be helping partner on the event with SWSA to provide a fun, community centric atmosphere.
Both organizations are primarily adult soccer based soccer entities that share a passion for providing spaces to play for amateur, recreational and semi-pro soccer players for Thurston County.
SocctoberFest has grown into one of the region’s most popular fall soccer traditions, bringing together recreational teams from across the Northwest. The co-ed 7v7 tournament features multiple divisions, including an Over-35 category, ensuring a fun and competitive environment for all participants.
Once upon a time the Artesians and Olympia Indoor Soccer hosted SWSA & Socctoberfest at the Pavilion (cover photo). There have been many folks that have crossed lines into Artesian uniforms and into the coed, men’s open and veteran leagues of SWSA. Truly a great local, soccer partnership.
The 2025 tournament will include:
- Prizes for players and teams
- On-site photographers capturing the action
- Commemorative champion shirts for division winners
- Concessions, Beverages, Etc.

- Late Registration (Oct 10 – Oct 17): $360
“SocctoberFest has always been about community, fun, and the love of the game,” said event organizers. “This year’s 20th anniversary will be our biggest celebration yet.”
